In three years, I went from 150 pounds to 265 lbs. I wasn’t happy with myself at all. I began to use food to feel comfortable. It didn’t matter if I was hungry or not. I ate it along with soda. Then, I went for my physical and my hemoglobin A1C was almost 10.0. I was diagnosed with Diabetes and Hypertension both of which run high in my family. I am grateful just to be taking oral medication instead of insulin. This is the biggest as far as weight that I have ever been. It’s completely uncomfortable. I joined a weight loss program and continue to exercise.

Oh Michelle, please give me advice. My very active athletic daughter had gained 40 lbs. since May 2014. She’s about to go to college & just sick about it. Now I think it may have developed into eating disorder.
