I am a diabetic Type I, since I was 7 years old and now I’m 56 and I am a doctor of endocrine diseases like diabetes. I am Happy because I had a good family which helps me for all my childhood.

What is the weirdest question you’ve been asked about your diabetes, and how did you respond?
Do you want to use a pump?
Never! I am very well with My injections and in my opinion it is going to be too much of a change in my life.

Has anyone told you that you couldn’t do something due to your diabetes, and you proved them wrong?
When I was a child but I can’t remember specific things.

How do you inspire others?
I love to take trips and I go to another country every year with one or more people because I am afraid with hypoglycemias.

How has diabetes contributed to forming you into the person you are today? Mentally, physically, or emotionally?
I don’t know, I think it has made me more honest, like all my family and I am happy with everything in my life.

Would you rather fight one horse sized duck or 100 regular sized ducks?
I dont understand
