I’ve been a type one diabetic for over 13 years now. I’m a wife and a mother of 3 children. I have a blog I would like to share that I post about my own experiences/challenges/and successes with diabetes. I hope to raise awareness and inspire those battling diabetes.
What is the weirdest question you’ve been asked about your diabetes, and how did you respond?
If I can eat sugar. I answer with of course I can with proper insulin management.
Has anyone told you that you couldn’t do something due to your diabetes, and you proved them wrong?
Yes, people doubted my ability to control my diabetes during pregnancy, and I proved them wrong.

How has diabetes contributed to forming you into the person you are today? Mentally, physically, or emotionally?
I am more aware of my health and I’m always trying to improve myself.
